Event Overview
Join us in a safe environment on Monday mornings at the Mission 25 Recovery Engagement Center as we journal our way through recovery. Explore journal writing and/or drawing as a recovery tool in expressing feelings in a healthy, safe and non-judgmental way. We will provide prompts for those who choose to write or draw in their journals. The tools will be provided, along with freshly brewed coffee.
